For travel agents · ATOL 9046

Hosted holidays for people who travel on their own. Sold by you.

Spice Escapes runs small-group holidays for solo travellers, each with a named Spice host from the airport home again — 45 years of them. Your agency books them, your client travels with us, and what you earn is on the screen beside every price before you pick up the phone.

On sale now

32 departures across culture & discovery, short breaks, adventure, chillout & relaxation and more. Lead-in prices per person; single-room availability is shown live inside the portal.

Every departure, its rooms, and your earnings on each are on the board once you are signed in.

What a partner account gives you

The parts of the job that used to be a phone call, on one screen.

Your earnings beside every price

The departures board shows what your agency makes on each holiday at the rate in your terms, with live prices and single-room availability. Your commission is fixed on the booking when Spice confirms it.

Print it in your name

A takeaway sheet, an A4 poster, an A5 window card or a priced quote for any holiday, with your logo and contact details, a reference and a QR code that credits the introduction to you.

A showroom to turn round at the desk

Any holiday presented full-screen for the client sitting opposite you, with no trade figures on the page at all.

Bookings serviced in the open

Request a booking against real availability, change contact and insurance details yourself, ask for anything else, and see the office's answer the moment it is made.

Documents your client can keep

The client confirmation, the itinerary and the ATOL certificate, issued into the booking; your own copy carries the figures.

Statements you can reconcile

Self-billed invoices, a running account and a monthly statement with CSV, from the same ledger the Spice office reads.

Why solo travellers book it

1

Every departure has a name on it

Not a rep with a clipboard: one of 15 Spice hosts travels with the group the whole way, and the client knows who before they book.

2

Nobody arrives alone

Small groups of people who came on their own, so the first evening is a table of new names rather than a hotel bar. Single rooms where they exist, and the sharing options, are shown on every departure.

3

Protected, and disclosed

Spice Escapes holds ATOL 9046. Under agency terms you sell as a disclosed agent for Spice, and everything you print says so, which is what makes the package easy to sell.

Questions agencies ask

How is my commission shown?

Every price on the Holidays board carries what your agency earns on it at the rate agreed in your terms. The figure beside a from-price is for one traveller on the lead-in fare, so it is the smallest it can be: longer stays, single rooms and extras all add to it. The exact commission on a booking is fixed when Spice confirms it and is shown on the booking and on your statement.

Does a booking request hold a place?

No. A request is exactly that: the Spice office checks it against real availability and confirms it with a reference and figures, usually the same working day. Nothing is held until you see the confirmation, and the portal tells you the moment it lands.

How do I ask for a change to a booking?

Open the booking and use Ask Spice to change something: traveller details, dates, rooms, a cancellation, or anything else with a note. The office accepts or declines, and if a change carries a charge you are asked to accept it first. Client contact details, next of kin and insurance details you can change yourself, straight away, on any live booking.
